Une magnifique villa magnifiquement rénovée récemment située dans le quartier résidentiel du marché de Santa Maria Estate à Mellieha, située sur plus de 1000m2 de terrain. Cette propriété lumineuse, spacieuse et bien aménagée bénéficie d'une vue fantastique. L'hébergement comprend au rez de chaussée un hall d'accueil, cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et grand salon, 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de bains dont deux ensuite.

Un escalier moderne mĂšne au premier Ă©tage oĂč l'on peut trouver une grande chambre avec salle de bains donnant sur une grande terrasse environnante surplombant le pays et les vues lointaines de la mer sur Comino et Gozo (les deux autres Ăźles de Malte). À l'arriĂšre de la Villa on peut trouver une grande piscine avec des chaises longues et un jacuzzi. La villa est entiĂšrement exploitĂ©e par Solar Energy et WIFI est disponible.

La villa est situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© des supermarchĂ©s et de l'arrĂȘt de bus en direction de Ghadira Bay (10min) et Paradise Bay (15min). L'aĂ©roport est l'aĂ©roport international de Malte, Ă  20 km de la villa.

Hidden secret in Malta

Just came back from a fantastic stay in Malta. We were so kindly and warmly welcomed! Kevin and Angela made sure we had a wonderful time. The house is a gem, hidden in a nice and calm neighborhood. It is ideally located, not far from all the sightseeing places and 10 mn away from the Gozo ferry terminal. Within a 7-minute walk you will also find a large supermarket offering everything you need. The outdoor amenities are fantastic : you can relax by the pool, refresh and swim, enjoy a BBQ,... In the house itself everything was perfect (superbly decorated, super comfortable beds, plenty of space, each bedroom has its bathroom, an enclosed garden with a place for your car...). We were only six but 8 people can easily stay as it is advertised. In a nutshell: we had an amazing time, we will come back the next time we come to Malta and we certainly recommend this holiday house to anyone searching for peacefulness and a luxurious accommodation. A last thing : many many thanks to Angela and Kevin for their kindness and helpfulness.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Shells. It is a beautiful spacious villa with stunning views at the front and private back garden with a fantastic pool and hot tub. The villa was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials in the kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent and we were made to feel at home. The villa is located less than 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at The Shells and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Potential to be very good

We recently stayed at this villa for our holiday. The property itself is a great size—very spacious and well laid out, making it ideal for a group of 8 people. It definitely has a lot of potential.However, we were disappointed by the overall experience due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. On arrival, it was clear that the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned. We encountered issues such as block drain, a dishwasher that didn’t work properly, and a noticeable ant problem throughout the house.I also made a few simple requests to make our stay more comfortable, but unfortunately, these were completely ignored from the host.For the premium price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of upkeep and guest service. It’s a shame, because with proper attention and care, this could have been an excellent stay.

Beautiful villa

We had a great week. The villa is spacious and well equipped. There were some lovely touches eg lots of cleaning equipment, bin bags and a cupboard full of extras eg spices, cooking oil and a welcome pack. These are all things that we’ve had to purchase ourselves in other villa stays. The villa is easy to get to and close to main routes down both the east and west of the island.

Das hat uns nicht gefallen: - Alter der Immobilie (Putz bröckelt von den WĂ€nden, Schimmelbefall!) - Es ist keine Ferienunterkunft, sondern ein Privathaushalt, weshalb wir die KleiderschrĂ€nke, sowie den Safe nicht nutzen konnten (Der WĂ€scheraum war außerdem vollgemĂŒllt) - Waschmaschiene war kaputt und es wurde sich, trotz Absprache, garnicht gekĂŒmmert - Wir haben trotz angegebener Ausstattung keine Pool-, noch StrandhandtĂŒcher bekommen (Schrank war abgeschlossen) -Alle Gartenmöbel waren defekt und die Auflagen fĂŒr die Liegen waren am Schimmeln - Whirlpool hat angefangen zu riechen, Wasser fehlte und dröhnte auf voller LautstĂ€rke Das fanden wir gut: - Lage (ruhige Umgebung) -GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hauses und des Pools -Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer -Das Putzteam war sehr freundlich und ordentlich

Fabulous house. Amazing hosts

We stayed for 5 nights whilst visiting a music festival. The check in process was simple and made all the more enjoyable by meeting Kevin and his wife at the house on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is fantastic and the photos do not do it justice. The pool is large and spacious and the hot tub perfect for relaxing in the evening. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and they are very large! All in all it was a fabulous experience from start to finish.

Good times at the Shells

Had a lovely stay at the Villa with a group of 7 adults and a 2 year toddler. The property was a great setting for us to relax and unwind during our time in Malta. It's really spacious, with a large living room and kitchen area which was great for relaxing in during the heat of the day (especially with the toddler) if you didn't fancy relaxing by the pool. Which again is a great size, perfect for an early morning swim and also the steps on either side going into the pool were really useful for our 2 year old as it meant he could come into the pool and stand up. We spent a lot of time in the outside space either by the pool, enjoying a BBQ or spending time in the evening chatting and enjoying life around the large table. Plus there's an outdoor shower which a great novelty for us coming from the UK. All the bedrooms in the villa are a decent size (most are on the ground floor) and of course there is the huge master bedroom upstairs, which has an amazing view. The villa is a walkable distance to Mellieħa and a large supermarket, as we had a rental car it meant we could get around easily and not have to walk back with shopping. However I believe the Wellbee's supermarket offers a delivery service if needed. Our host Kevin was a top guy, he met us at check in and made sure we knew where everything was etc. It was a nice touch of him to message a few days into the stay to make sure we were settled in nicely. We'd be happy to come back again!

The house lives up to the pictures and more. It’s super comfortable with nice design, very nice rooms and private bathrooms. The yard and pool and privacy are great. Good location and very nice at tentative hosts. AC works perfectly. We enjoyed everything about the house very much.

Our second stay at Shells Villa as just as great this time. Host is friendly and communicated regularly to ensure everything was ok. Villa was spotless. Location excellent location for heading up and down the East coast. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in the main town and shirt drive to the beach. Thoughly recommended.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation ist tadellos, das Haus und die Lage sind auch sehr gut. Allerdings lĂ€sst die Sauberkeit zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig und es sind einige Ausbesserungsarbeiten/Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig.
