On the first floor, the spacious furnished terrace is the ideal place for alfresco dining, with panoramic views of the village and the nearby mountains. There is also a sun lounger for relaxing and sunbathing while enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.

The modern and cosy interior is located on a first floor without lift, distributed over two floors. The ground floor houses a spacious and bright living area that integrates living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with A/C for greater comfort. On the sofa you can relax and watch movies on the Smart TV. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is fully equipped with cooking utensils. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, A/C, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering a private and comfortable retreat. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and highchair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine and ironing facilities during your stay.

Felanitx, located in the southeast of Mallorca, is a town with a rich gastronomic tradition that invites you to taste typical dishes such as fried Mallorcan food and local wines. Moreover, its strategic location allows easy access to some of the best beaches in the area, such as Cala Sa Nau or Cala Marçal, ideal to enjoy a day of sun and sea.
