Stayed with our family and greatly enjoyed the property which is clean, bright and spacious with all necessary amenities. Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. If self catering, all necessary appliances, cookware and utensils are provided. Surprisingly, the property boasts an impressive array of musical instruments which kept the kids occupied for hours. Toilet/bathroom facilities are available on all three floors and the bedrooms are spacious and airy. Overall, would thoroughly recommend for family or group bookings. Thanks to Lex and Co for providing a very enjoyable break.
Hey, I'm Lex and the place you will be staying has been home to my family for the past 3 years.
I spent my 20's dabbling in the music industry in London and nearly all of my 30's travelling in Africa and Asia with a 5 year stint in India, where I trained as a Yoga Teacher.
I hope you enjoy our house as much as we do.
It's a great location to explore London from.

There are many local grocers and a Lidl in the immediate vicinity. Our local convenience store is 2 mins walk (a few doors up from the station) with great pizza place next door to it. Wormwood Scrubs is 165 acres of public land that includes childrenâs playgrounds, a meadow, woodland, playing fields, a running track and outdoor gyms. Itâs 2 mins walk from the cottage. A walk across the scrubs will bring you to North Kensington and the nearest pub, The Pavilion and a wonderful Thai restaurant called Fitouâs. Itâs possible to walk to the bars and restaurants of Portobello Road but itâs easier to jump on the central line for 10mins. Even closer (one stop to White City) is Westfield Shopping Centre and the newly converted BBC Television Centre for days or nights out. Or take full advantage of the 24hr Central Line and be in the centre of town in 20mins.
