The villa is on three levels, is surrounded by greenery and is independent. Accessories are air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, parking space. Pets are allowed.

beautiful vacation house is located in a residential complex and is
surrounded by a spacious garden with a veranda furnished for relaxation.

The interior of the villa is on 3 levels: ground floor, second floor and tavern in the basement.
The house opens on the ground floor in the living room with an open kitchenette, 1 ready sofa bed, table and chairs, ceiling blades and TV. On this floor there is a full shower room.
On the second floor there is an air-conditioned hallway, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, both with access to balcony.
Also on the second floor is 1 full shower room. Stairs lead to the basement where there is 1 triple room with twin beds.

Sun is located in Torre dell`Orso, within a quiet residence not far
from the center. The beautiful vacation home is located in a residential
area within walking distance from the sea.
Torre dell`Orso is one
of the most beautiful seaside vacation destinations in Salento, on the
Adriatic Sea, along the coast of Melendugno, award-winning for its sea
and excellent services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- On the first floor there is a bathroom where inside the shower there is a toilet.
- Air conditioning on the first floor in the corridor.
