Family House is a vacation apartment in Torre dell`Orso, for rent inside a residence with a pool and solarium shared with other houses. The apartment offers up to 6 beds.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, ceiling blades, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board. Pets allowed.

The
house is on the second floor of a building inside the residence, next
to other vacation homes. Simple and essential, the apartment is
completely autonomous and independent. In common only the access
staircase.
The three-room Family House apartment consists of living room with open kitchen, dining room and 2 single beds, 2 double bedrooms, 1 full shower room and a balcony equipped for outdoor dining.
Air conditioning is located in the living room and also cools the sleeping area. Mosquito nets are present on all windows.
The vacation home is located within a residence and it`s possible to use the swimming pool.

The vacation home is located inside an Onda Mare residence in Torre dell`Orso,
a marina in Melendugno famous for its beautiful beach with pine forest
and postcard views, with the legendary "two sisters" on the horizon.
The
location is perfect for quiet vacations, just a few minutes from the
center and the sea, and makes it easy to reach all the marinas of
Melendugno such as San Foca, Roca Vecchia, Torre Specchia Ruggeri and
Sant`Andrea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from July to September (respecting the time slots).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
