We offer our guests the upper part of a villa surrounded by greenery, located halfway between Procchio and Marina di Campo (the ground floor hosts another apartment). The property is also in a strategic position, highly appreciated by those who prefer to travel by bicycle, as it is a mostly flat area and convenient for reaching both the stunning spots of the Costa del Sole and the northern coast of Procchio/Spartaia/Paolina and Marciana Marina.

The entire garden area, pool, and barbecue are exclusively for the guests' use. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a first double bedroom, a twin bedroom, which leads to a second double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower cubicle with independent access. From the living room, via a corner wooden staircase, you can reach the upper floor where there is another double bedroom, with its private bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to the terrace. Large outdoor spaces equipped for eating, barbecue, and exclusive use swimming pool of 12mx6 with outdoor shower and sun loungers.
