Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and a Smart TV. There is a double and a twin bedroom, both serviced by en-suite shower rooms, and a ground-floor wet room. Outside there is a courtyard with a gravelled area with seating, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 2.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 7.2 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant was the location for the successful film, The Englishman Who Went Up A Hill But Came Down A Mountain, and more recently the film Nativity 2 starring David Tennant.
