Disappointing Stay
I travel to London often to visit and care for my mother. I thought I was going to be in a quiet location near to her that I could use as a "home base." I was disappointed when I arrived to loud construction in the building next door starting before 8:00am along with no hot water or heat for two days and no TV the entire stay.
Even though "Frankie" attempted to fix the issues it still impacted my trip tremendously. I was hoping they would adjust my costs as I did not have the experienced they said I would have but they did nothing to make it right. I would not recommend this property and would be cautious in other properties to be sure you do not have the same experience I did.
