Beautiful apartment with two large terraces, located in the heart of the Kalsa district, in the beautiful city of Palermo.



The house, located on the third floor of a building accessible by stairs and a few steps from Piazza Magione and Via Alloro, spreads on three levels and opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa and a dining table. From here guests can access the bathroom with shower, the independent kitchen with kettle and toaster and a first bedroom with a queen-size bed.

A staircase leads to the upper floor featuring a single bed and a terrace furnished with sofas, dining area, and outdoor kitchen. The apartment boasts an additional terrace furnished with sun loungers, accessible from the first one via a spiral staircase.



At guests’ disposal comforts such as washing machine, wi-fi, heating and air conditioning.
