Cozy apartment with furnished balcony overlooking the Botanical Garden in Palermo.



This apartment, located on the third floor reachable by lift, comes with bright spaces, tastefully furnished in minimal style.

It opens to a hallway and the living area with a double sofa bed, a table and chairs; from here there is access to a balcony, perfect for a breakfast with a view. The independent kitchen is well equipped and fitted with a breakfast bar, a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine and a balcony.

A corridor leads to a full bathroom with shower and to the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a french size bed and one with a queen size bed. A utility room that can be used to store luggage during the stay, completes the apartment.

At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living area and in the bedroom with the french size bed, a big fan in the other bedroom and heating.



Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.
