The Villa is comfortable, located on the hill of Vitet, it offers magnificent views, overlooking Marigot and the ocean with the islands of Frégate and the island of Bonhomme.

In terms of furniture, the spacious living room is furnished with comfortable white sofas and opens onto the large terrace, and the superb heated swimming pool overlooking the ocean. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar is located just behind the living room, while the dining area is located outside, under the covered terrace facing the pool and can easily accommodate eight guests.
