The apartment is located in the Prati/Trionfale district, a few meters from some important historical and tourist destinations.
St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums are only a 10-minute walk away.
The neighborhood boasts beautiful buildings, important churches and stores of all kinds.
The house is comfortable and cozy, the condominium is fantastic, and inside it offers green spaces and a library to enjoy a few hours in total relaxation.
The space:
The house is 60 square meters in size, and is composed as follows:
- 1 Double bedroom
- 1 Living room with sofa bed
- 1 Kitchen
- 1 Large bathroom
- 1 Small hallway
All spaces overlook the Basilica of St. Joseph.
In the master bedroom you will find: a double bed equipped with a high mattress for optimal comfort; a very spacious three-door closet with drawers inside; a desk; two bedside tables; a smart TV; and an air conditioner.
The living area consists of a comfortable, very easy-to-open sofa bed with a high mattress; a table with chairs for 4 people; a small ottoman; a bedside table; a 45-inch smart TV; and an air conditioner.
The kitchen is nice and well equipped: induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The bathroom is large, you will find inside a 'large shower, a washing machine, sanitary ware and everything you need.
Finally, in front of the kitchen, you will find a small hallway furnished with a chest of drawers.
The condominium has a large garden and a library inside, accessible at set times.
Access for guests:
The 'apartment is located on Floor 2 with mezzanine (2 ½), at staircase IV (4), with no elevator.
Other things to keep in mind
- The apartment has central heating, air conditioning (both in the bedroom and living room), wifi, and a desk that is also useful for working.
- The area is perfectly connected with transportation, in fact the Metro A Ottaviano station is only a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the neighborhood is full of all kinds of clubs, supermarkets, and multiplexes reachable in a few minutes walk.
- Only 300 meters away is the renowned Trionfale market.
