We've just made our beautiful home available for holiday rentals.
* 5 minutes from beach with beautiful award winning coastline
*In the centre of charming Seaford old town centre
*Close to railway station direct to Brighton and Lewes, with links to Gatwick, London and Eastbourne. Bus routes also nearby invluding fabulous trips along the coast to Brighton and Eastbourne

*World renowned beautiful walks/cycle rides from your doorstep/short drive or cycle away

Youll feel cosseted from the moment you arrive at this beautiful cottage - each room has been thoughtfully furnished.
The sitting room/Dining area has three sofas providing plenty of comfy seating. Satellite with Smart TV. Fast speed WIFI. Gas wood burner effect in brick fireplace
The adjoining well equipped kitchen is bursting with good kit, including a Nespresso coffee machine, food mixer, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Elegant glassware, plates, cutlery and an extensive supply of cooking utensils and equipment to make cooking for eating in a pleasure, after fun days out exploring the local area. Thats if you dont feel like going out and sampling one of the many superb eating options in the town or adjacent villages
The main bedroom has a luxury Savoir King size bed and ensuite shower room/toilet
The second bedroom has two three foot comfortable beds
Both bedrooms have luxury bedlinen.
There is a bathroom/toilet in the main landing area
Outside there is a small courtyard to enjoy morning coffee/pre dinner drinks!

"Home from Home"The cottage felt very homely and had everything we needed including very comfortable beds! It is conveniently situated near the town centre and beach, also good for exploring the beautiful area. There are a variety of churches in the town and we found St Leonards C/E was very accessible and friendly. Our arrival was a little complicated as the owner's mobile was out of order and we could only communicate via email, but there was always a quick response.We were able to park our car in the designated bays opposite every evening and very much enjoyed our stay.

Fab cottage in lovely Seaford

It was just what we needed a home away from home. The cottage was fully equipped with great location. We could walk to the beach, shops, station. We were very relaxed and everything was in good working order. The kids enjoyed their stay. The house was in great cleaning order.

Cosy short stay

The house is lovely, cosy and clean and well-presented, and full of many glass and ceramic objets. The hosts were really responsive throughout our brief stay, which we arranged at very short notice.

Great place near the town

Overall was great. The temperature in this place was way too hot. We asked several times to turn down heat as it is controlled by the manager. Still seated every night and kept all windows open.

Gannet Cottage review

We had a great mini break at Gannet Cottage in Seaford. The cottage was really cosy and very well equipped and had some beautiful antiques which made it feel it wasn't just a rental house.

Nice cottage close to the sea

The cottage is nice and very convenient in the small city of Seaford. There’s a long beach not very crowded and next to magnificent cliffs. Brighton and Eastbourne are close and can be reached frequently by buses. We enjoyed the stay very much and really can recommend it.

Fantastic seaside getaway

We had a wonderful week in Seaford! Gannet cottage gave us a delightful base for exploring the local coastline. The cottage is very clean and styled superbly with real care and warmth. Very close to the seafront and all the shops in town it really is a perfectly cosy seaside retreat! Would highly recommend

Lovely house

We had a great time in the house, close to the sea. Seaford is a small village but with enought restaurants, shops and pubs. The house is very cosy, very clean and good equiped with good kitchen and towels etc. We really recommend it for a stay and visit brighton and seven siters, bilring gap etc

Wonderful

What a fabulous stay we have just had. The Cottage was easy to find, and plenty of parking close by. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had everything we could have possibly needed. Location was perfect for us. A short train ride to Brighton, and lovely relaxing coastal walks from our front door. Lots of pubs restaurants, takeaways and cafes very close by and a Morrisons, Tescos and Co op within a short walk. :)

A super cottage

A lovely cottage in the centre of Seaford. Although no official parking it was easy to get a space very near the property. Well equipped and warm. Brighton,Lewis and Eastbourne all easily reached. Nice walks on cliffs or seafront.

Wonderful holiday location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Contact with Celia was very pleasant - quick to respond and quick to provide all the required information. The cottage was exactly as described and excellently located. Everything was within walking distance: the sea, Seven Sisters, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. And the coastal bus was just around the corner for going further afield. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Last year we bought a lovely cottage in Seaford, which we stay in when we are over, but are making available for holiday rentals when we are not there. Therefore it is furnished with all the comforts of a home from home

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Seaford, due to its accessibility to the Newhaven port, but also its brilliant transport links by train and bus around the local area and to London. We enjoy being in the centre of a busy village with lots of independent and chain shops with a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. We love being a short walk from the beach, with fabulous walks across the downs and a short drive from many picturesque villages

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A home from home with easy access to London, Brighton, Eastbourne and many local beautiful villages. Close to the beach, train station and bus routes a stones throw from the sea and many wonderful country walks
