Bienvenue, bienvenue et merci de regarder.

Je suis une femme professionnelle, offrant une chambre agréable, lumineuse, spacieuse et très confortable, avec sa propre salle de bain privée, dans ma belle maison de terrasse victorienne, à ceux d'entre vous qui visitent Brighton pour une durée quelconque.

La chambre a de grandes baies vitrées, est nouvellement décorée dans des couleurs neutres avec un lit double flambant neuf avec matelas en mousse à mémoire, une armoire, une commode et 2 tables de chevet. En outre, cette chambre dispose d'un canapé-lit double et un téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces à puce, je fournis également des serviettes moelleuses.

À l'arrivée, vous recevrez votre propre clé et porte-clés pour que vous puissiez aller et venir à votre guise. Les clients sont invités à se rendre complètement à la maison.

Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans la salle à manger de style continental, composée de céréales, pain grillé, thé / café, etc.

Vous êtes les bienvenus pour venir et rester dans une atmosphère agréable avec d'excellentes installations, dans un endroit fabuleux avec un hôte accommodant, qui est prêt à montrer aux voyageurs tout le meilleur que Brighton a à offrir!

La maison qui est juste à côté de la zone de Lewes Road de Brighton est idéalement situé pour tous les magasins, cafés, restaurants et bus de Lewes Road, qui sont à environ 3 minutes à pied.

Le centre-ville de Brighton et les Lanes et Seafront sont à environ 15 minutes à pied, où vous trouverez une grande variété de bars, restaurants et magasins. Vous pourrez dîner dans les meilleurs restaurants de Brighton ou tout simplement vous restaurer dans l'un des nombreux pubs ou cafés confortables. Vous y trouverez une large gamme de boutiques, de boutiques de créateurs, de bars, de cafés, de célèbres ruelles, du Brighton Pavilion et de nombreuses autres attractions touristiques.

Si vous souhaitez fumer, je suis heureux pour vous de le faire dans le magnifique jardin clos.

Vous devriez noter que la maison abrite également un beau chat de la forêt norvégienne appelé "Branston".

Je suis heureux d'accueillir les familles / célibataires / couples / amis pour des séjours courts ou longs. La maison est parfaitement située pour les parents souhaitant rendre visite à leurs enfants étudiants.

S'il vous plaît noter qu'il y a un séjour de 2 nuits minimum le week-end.

Je suis impatient de vous accueillir dans la belle ville de Brighton!

Great accommodation & location

Our room with ensuite was perfect. Large open plan kitchen with fridge dedicated to guests. Ideal for having all breakfast items & any other food during your stay. 20min walk right in to the centre with countless restaurants, bars etc. Babs was a great host & helped arrange parking permits for the street parking during the week.

Friendly, homely and super comfy.

I had a lovely overnight stay with Babs and felt really at home. The house is great and in a super easy location to get into Brighton, (I walked into the centre of town in around 30 mins at a gentle pace.) There is plenty of free on street parking at the weekend, always a bonus in Brighton! The bed was super duper comfy and I had a lovely relaxing stay.

Best Host Ever!

Babs welcomes everyone warmly with her big heart. She made us feel like family. Coming from the USA and visiting Brighton for the first time, she helped us navigate all the little nuances of the town known mostly only to locals. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.

Home from home

We cannot praise Babs enough and strongly recommend her property. We felt like house guests, not that we were just paying for a room. Welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The house is lovely and the garden is a quiet spot to relax in. Our room was clean and just like the picture. The location of the house is perfect - you can walk to the sea front if you want and it would take about 30 minutes, or regular buses pass at the end of the road. Lots of takeaways and handy shops. If you are going to Brighton - definitely stay here.

Babs is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful and her house and rooms are very comfortable. She lives on the top floor of a three story house with her cat. There are 4 rooms on the second floor and a large kitchen and living room on the first floor. Our room was bright and airy, with a bath, a kettle and lots of storage space for clothes. There is a designated refrigerator for guests and is stocked with anything one could want for breakfast-bread, milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs, juices. And there is a wide variety of cereals, coffee, teas. There is a small, but lovely back yard that open out from the kitchen. There is street parking so you may have to park a block or so away, especially at night. The street is on a hill so if you have trouble walking, keep this in mind. There is a bus stop, a pub, a laundromat and small grocery close by-several blocks. My husband had trouble walking the hill and steps, but if this had not been the case, we would highly recommend Babs' place and would stay there again.

Brighton Pride

Babs’ property was nothing short of perfection. We booked to have somewhere to stay whilst attending Brighton Pride and left booking fairly late and weren’t sure what to expect however we were all stunned at how beautiful the house is. Babs herself was an incredible host who really did go out of her way to make us as all feel as welcome as possible. I wish I could give something constructive to say but truly couldn’t fault the property or Babs. Thanks again!

Very welcoming and well located

Babs was very welcoming and a great hostess. Her home is lovely, and well located for walking to the seafront and The Lanes. We will definitely keep Babs and her home in mind of we ever come for a weekend again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

Home from home

Babs was a great host, our room, the lounge and kitchen area was so welcoming and clean. Parking not great but Babs offered to apply for parking permit if we needed it. Not an unpleasant walk to The Lanes, where there is plenty to see and do. Would certainly recommend.

My 4day stay.

I was in Brighton for a course and this was a Lovely place to come back to after a full day of learning. A fast walk to the pier took me 35 min. Maybe 40 on the way home as there’s a steep hill at the very end! The house was calm, clean and welcoming. Babs was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The property is situated just a 20 min stroll to the main beach. The hose is modern, clean and tidy. The host Babs, was a fantastic host and made you feel so at home. Her hospitality skills were great.

Lovely room and house. Excellent privacy. Babs is a welcoming and friendly hostess with lots of good advice to share. The parking is a bit tricky, on a hill and not reserved, but it worked for us. The location is a good 25 minute walk from the pier and the sea. You earn your calories, though, so you can eat all the donuts you want! We would recommend this to friends and come again.

As my title says, fantastic home from home. Spotless, comfortable and warm and friendly. We will 100% be coming back (in fact I’m trying to find an excuse just to stay here again!) and I will be recommending this to anybody who is staying in Brighton. Babs makes you feel like you are staying with a friend without intruding. Comfortable beds, quiet house, nothing is too much trouble. If you have any doubts about booking, DONT... JUST BOOK IT NOW.. :-)

Modern, spotless clean home with a fabulous host

Babs is the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed with her for the weekend and she offered to cook us breakfast, but there was so much to choose from we declined her kind offer. Her home is modern, and spotlessly clean, and she was happy for us to make ourselves at home by using her huge kitchen diner and lounge at our leisure. The accommodation is only about a 15 minute walk to the town centre, with local shops just a short walk away, and a bus stop is close by if you're not up to walking. Babs is a lovely lady and made us feel welcome as soon as we came through the door. We highly recommend her home and would definitely go back.
