The living areas in this single-storey shepherdâs hut consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchenette equipped with induction 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a dining area with seating for two guests and blue-tooth sound system. Wall mounted electric heater. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, outdoor bath tub and fire pit and ample off-road parking is available. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and river and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One small well-behaved dog allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coombe Valley Shepherds Hut is a lovely base for your next Devon getaway. Note: The shower room is quite compact which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: There are four steps up to the property. Note: The owners live in the property next door and are available for a chat, advice on the local area etc, but guests will be left to enjoy their own space and privacy.
They do have a small dog - Ted - who might occasionally wander in your direction. Note: The garden is bordered by a stream and is not suitable for young children, but couples are welcome to bring a young baby and a travel cot but the dining table and chairs would have to be folded away to make room for this.
