The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is Rione Monti, the first district of Rome, in the heart of the historic centre of the city.



The neighbourhood owes its name to the fact that it encloses three of the seven hills of the city: Esquilino, Viminale and Quirinale.



The Rione Monti hosts many art galleries and wineries and is considered one of the main districts of the Roman nightlife, in fact the district boasts the highest concentration of restaurants and clubs in the entire city.



The district is very close to the main historical and archaeological sites of Rome such as the Colosseum, the Domus Aurea, the Roman Forum, the Imperial Forums, etc. All within walking distance.



The apartment is situated in one of the most famous and historic streets of the city. In this street, during the 1930s, a group of young people led by the physicist Enrico Fermi, met in the then Royal Institute of Physics, and with their discoveries gave way to the use of nuclear energy.

A minute's walk away is the stop for bus lines 71 and 117 which connect the apartment with Tiburtina station and San Giovanni.



Lastly, with a 450 m walk from the apartment, it is possible to reach the Via Cavour taxi station.
