The living areas in this first-floor barn conversion consist of an open-plan living space equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar for two, dining table and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is one double bedroom serviced by a bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is off-road parking and a front patio with furniture. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and 0.4 miles pub. One well-behaved dog welcome for an additional £30 supplement. Please contact us to let us know if you plan to bring your dog with you. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the price. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the property. Note: There are 15 steps up into the property, please take care.
