Characterized by its narrow and endearing streets with numerous taverns and tapas bars, La Latina neighborhood is the perfect option for those who want to enjoy the character of the city on foot.
Two major tourist spots in the area are the Real Basílica de San Francisco El Grande, which has paintings by Goya, and the Iglesia of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower and is the second oldest in the city. In addition, every Sunday the neighborhood becomes a key point for locals and visitors thanks to the renowned El Rastro flea market.
