* The OUTDOOR offers a private and heated swimming pool 8m x 3m, please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, a sundeck area with 8 deck chairs, a Hot-Tub (a Whirlpool) next to the covered outdoor dining area (a few steps above the pool and sundeck), a lounge corner in front of the living room, a traditional barbecue (woods or charcoal), a playground for your youngest with some toys, swing and a slide. The views are indeed spectacular, especially when the sunset. A parking lot is secured for 4 cars above the villa, on the private plot (Video surveillance is installed on the parking lot and entrance.).
* The GROUND floor offers a spacious living and dining area (44 sqm) and it offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (fridge with ice maker, a Philips fully automatic bean-to-cup espresso machine, microwave oven, a kettle...), a kitchen island, a dining table for 8 and direct approach to the outdoor dining area, A living room with sofa and a flat-screen TV also with glass door toward the sun deck area, a separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities.
