In front of the kitchen is a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people and a grassplot with Softub Whirpool, a lounge corner under the olive trees as a perfect spot to reed and relax.
* The ground floor offers: a living area (48sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (washing machine, microwave oven, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker) with additional kitchen island, a dining table for 8 people; Living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV, air-condition; a free WiFi. From the living area you can approach the covered outdoor dining area and the grassplot with a Softub Whirlpool and a lounge corner.

A Bedroom NO1 (12.5sqm) with a queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, a smaller en-suite bathroom with a shower (2sqm), and direct exit toward the outdoors.

Bedroom NO4 (13.5sqm) with a queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, amazing panoramic views and a direct approach to the terrace shared with Bedroom NO3.
