New Luxury Villa Dispet with sea views, pool, hot tub, cinema and gaming room

Villa is located in a small village near Omiš and Split surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Villa Dispet was built in a modern style with special details. It has a cinema, gaming room with PS4, a wellness and wine bar. All four bedrooms are with sea view. On the first floor there are a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room. The pool and lounge area also have beautiful views of the sea and surrounding island.
Villa Dispet is split in several parts, all for guests to enjoy their holiday. From the modern design, the decor, the paintings on the walls, the cozy furniture, to the beautiful terraces around the villa.
On the first floor there are four rooms with king size beds, private bathrooms with showers and large closets. Each room has its own smart TV. On the same floor is a workspace with a desk and an ergonomic chair.
On the ground floor there are a kitchen, living room and dining room. Outside there are outdoor patios with outdoor seating, dining table, and pool with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding islands.
There are 3 rooms in the basement: wellness with sauna and spa bathtub; a cinema and gaming room, and a wine bar that is especially interesting for plane lovers.

The villa is so arranged that every guest can enjoy peace of mind or reconnect with its guests around large tables inside the dining room or outside on the terrace, as well as on the seating or on lounge chairs by the pool.
The Villa is located above the sea but very quickly from your own peace you can be at one of the sandy beaches just 5 minutes drive. You can also go to the historic towns of Omis and Split or go on a rafting trip or zip line. Many from our villa are happy to visit Dubrovnik, which is on the UNESCO list.
The closest airport is Split, 35km away.

Parking is free in the yard of the Villa. There is a village road to the Villa which is almost free of car traffic. Close to Villa Dispet there is also a twin sister Villa Gust.
