We have a wonderful stay at this property. The neighborhood was so charming, as was the apartment. The host was super responsive and even gave great local recommendations. Be sure to check out Victoria House for breakfast- which is luckily right across the street!
We had a lovely in this cozy one bedroom flat, perfectly located near Covent Garden. It has just the space you need to enjoy central London! We would stay here again!
Everything was wonderful. The apartment is located in an incredible spot with quick access to all forms of public transportation and many, many restaurants and theaters. The hosts were helpful and responsive and kindly allowed us to stow our baggage prior to check-in.
My husband and I stayed with our teenage son. Apartment was cozy and comfortable. Host provided everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of dining and pubs in the area. Everything is in walking distance.
Stoyan and Elfida have set up a lovely, well-outfitted and comfortable second floor apartment. We had everyhing we needed to sleep well and hang out. The location is fantastic!shower and cook. . neneeded
Apt was nice, location was very good. I wouldn't recommend for longer than a few days, though, as there is not a lot of storage (lots taken up by bedding for sofa bed). Host was easily accessible, and thanks for all the good fruit!
This flat suited us perfectly. We had good weather, so it was delightful to be able to open the windows and enjoy the garden retreat in back. Thanks to our hosts for stocking fruit and food for simple breakfasts. The washer/dryer combo worked great. The location is equidistant from the Holborn and Tottenham Court Rd tube stops -- very convenient.
We had a short stay in London, and Stoyan and his wife Elfida were such accommodating hosts. We were greeted in person and shown everything about the apartment, and had been left complimentary milk, fruit and breakfast bars! The apartment was pristine, centrally located and close to multiple bus/ train stations so travel to all of the sights was a breeze. Very grateful for their hospitality and would definitely recommend!
The property was very nice and was quiet, even though there was a little street noise. Our hosts were very responsive. They helped us feel welcome and responded very quickly to us if we had questions. They allowed us to check in a few hours early which helped us out. The apartment is on the small size, though pretty comfortable . If you donât plan to cook very much or spend much time in it, then itâs ideal, as the location is good.
Very helpful hosts, well supplied and well located flat
You can't beat the location of this flat, a 10 minute walk from the the theater district and Soho--and close to the University College area, British Museum and transportation to all over north London. Stoyan and Elfida were wonderfully helpful, with sandwiches and a bowl of fruit when we arrived. The apartment is very well supplied with, well, everything, even washing machine soap. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped from Ikea. My one complaint is that we couldn't adjust the hot water in the shower.
The apartment was clean and had everything we required for our stay in London. Great location close to two underground terminals, bars resturants and theatres. Stoyan met us on arrival and answered any questions we had. He communicated with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok.
The apartmemt was clean and well appointed
The pull out sofa bed was a generous size and could have slept two.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay agian if in London
Thank you for a great stay Stoyan your apartment is fantastic.
The unit was just OK. Small, a miniscule shower, a clothes washer and dryer (all in one unit) that took an interminable amount of time (14 hours) to wash and fully dry a load. We didnât do any cooking and Iâm not sure the kitchen was up for it. The unit was at the high end of what I was willing to pay and that amount was justified primarily because of its location in the heart of the West End theater district near Covent Garden. So all in all a satisfactory rental.
This small flat was ideally situated for theatre visit and meals out in Soho. Just off New Oxford Street at the top of Shaftesbury Avenue, it was quiet even though above a restaurant. Accommodation is small but very well thoughout with comfortable bed (and sofabed) and every last thing thought of &provided (extra extension leads, plugins for devices, cupboard with essentials inc tea coffee sugar oil cereals and milk in the fridge not forgetting a full fruit bowl!) Bathroom is small but modern with plenty loo rolls & shower is hot, hand and bodywash provided of course. Heating is good - we had a bit of trouble working this at first, but Elfida was quick to send us visual instructions. Excellent bakery just across the road at the top of Shaftesbury Avenue. Excellent communication throughout with Elfida and her husband Stoyvan.
Good: host very responsive prior to arrival and a convenient location. Bad: online pictures misleading. The apartment is very small and a bit run down. The bathroom is so small as to be barely functional. Breakfast mentioned in the profile is a joke, consisting of open packets of cereal, a pint of milk and a bowl of fruit
Our host, Stoyan, was very polite, timely, attentive and responsive. The property was clean and bright inside. We appreciated the offer to clean the flat an little earlier than they typically do, as we were staying for 10 days. It was a snug fit for three people: two adults and one teenager, but we could make do. Great location, literally across the street from the British Museum.
The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. However, the TV did not work, and the oven was lacking an instruction manual so difficult to figure out how to use it. And finally the kitchen counter needs to be replaced by one that can deal with water spillage given the location of the sink.
Well-equipped and tended. Very responsive host. Steps from British Museum. But apartment is in Bloomsbury, not Covent Garden. Video very helpful for door entry but not helpful for finding apartment. Would have preferred street address and simple right on New Oxford, go four blocks and left on Coptic. Ad should fairly represent location or is misleading.
