Located within 5 minutes of Covent Garden/Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations and so many restaurants, cafes , museums, galleries, shops .... With direct access from Heathrow airport and fast links to Gatwick airport you can move around very easy.

My 1 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) and just off New Oxford Street on a quiet street with plenty of amenities and additional outside space where you can enjoy the sunny days for a breakfast or late drink.
