Petit Bijouc by Rentallorca

"Petit Bijoux" is an exclusive villa with a maximum capacity for six people located in Can Picafort, less than 2 km from the beach.



Outside, there is a beautiful garden with lawn, several seating areas and a variety of trees and shrubs. There is a private swimming pool measuring 9,30m x 4,80m, surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, and a separate pool for the children. There is a covered terrace with a large table and a covered area for lounging and yoga.



Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious and cosy dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to eight people. Next to the table, you will see a pellet cooker that brings a homely atmosphere to the room.

The living room is located to the right of the dining room, with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. This space is perfect for relaxing after dinner or enjoying a movie with the family.

From the dining room, to the left, you can access the luxury kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The design of the kitchen is elegant, with a central island and large windows that offer plenty of natural light.



The villa has three bedrooms. One of them has a private dressing room and the other two have large wardrobes. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They all have a double bed and air conditioning (hot and cold). In addition, two rooms have en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The third bathroom with shower is shared.



Finally, the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning (hot and cold) and underfloor heating. The house has private parking on the property.



Please note that the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are not heated.



The Villa "Petit Bijouc" is situated in a quiet and easily accessible location on the outskirts of Can Picafort. The beach is situated less than 2 km away, is fine sandy and quite long, ideal for water sports and families with children. You will easily find all the services, such as shops, restaurants and bars and a wide range of leisure activities, both for children and adults, as well as nightlife. The weekly street market is held on Friday mornings, where you can enjoy the day along the promenade. From here you can also visit, either by car or by bus, the beautiful villages of Alcúdia or Pollença.

- Charging electric vehicles at the vacation home is not allowed. In case of non-compliance, a fee of 20 Euro per day per vehicle will be charged.
