Directly in front of the house, a refreshing private swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 meters presents itself as the perfect refuge for warm summer days. For your safety and privacy, the property is completely fenced and surrounded by hedges, although you will have close neighbours.
The single-story villa offers a rustic and cosy atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxed holiday. You can sit on one of the comfortable sofas in the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, and enjoy a good book, watch television, or simply take a refreshing nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and for added convenience, you'll also find an iron, ironing board, and washing machine. For rest, the house has one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each, complemented by two bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
