The kitchen has everything the designated chef needs to rustle up some good food! There is a steep set of wooden steps that lead up to a galleried level which is a great chill-out or games area with low headroom. The double bedroom is full of character with a sloped ceiling, it contains a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

A superbly located property to enjoy your visit to Plymouth’s ancient Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Hoe, The Mayflower Steps from where the Pilgrim Fathers left for America in 1620, and many shops, pubs, and restaurants. Boat trips can be taken locally to the historic Royal William Yard, where you can really take in the great views. Also close to the moors and a gateway to head down into Cornwall to explore some of the renowned beaches and the beautiful towns and villages, perfect for the summer time when you want to soak up the sun on the sand!
