Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

There will be a pool table installed for 2026, and a table tennis installed for 2027. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
