We are proud to present this modern villa in the prestigious five star Las Colinas Golf Resort with private outdoor pool, perfect for you to enjoy your vacation at any time of the year. It is a high quality modern construction villa. It has all aspects of living in the countryside to the fullest due to the marvellous location in one of the best 18-hole golf courses of Europe, Las Colinas.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
As you enter the property thought a large entrance hall with spectacular views of the swimming pool. The hallway leads onto a large open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a superb breakfast bar. There are large windows across the back of the property. From the kitchen is secret door which leads to a utility room with washing machine. At the front of the villa is a master bedroom with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower. On the opposite side of the hallway is the second bedroom with a family bathroom also with a rainfall shower. This bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes.
There are a set of stairs that lead up to a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes, this large bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with walk a walk in shower. This bedroom leads out onto the solarium.
There is another set of stairs that lead down to the lower level of the property. There is the 4th Bedroom that is equipped with twin single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also another bathroom with the same equipment as the other family bathrooms. There are 2 additional rooms on this level, one is a games room that contains a ping pong table and the other is ideal for storage of luggage.
On the outside, with direct access to the private garden of the villa, there is a large private pool. This Villa also offers sun beds where you can lie and enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine and a six person dinner table perfect for dinner alfresco with family and friends.

The Neighborhood:
Las Colinas located in Campoamor, southern Alicante is a 5 star golf resort with restaurant, gym and scenic walks through the local flora, orange groves and lemon groves. You also have more golf courses and a large variety of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get out and explore the surrounding towns and beaches.
