This single-storey annexe has two bedrooms, a king-size with a TV and a double, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony and woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV with BT Sport and WiFi. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for two cars on a shared driveway. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop within 0.8 mile and a pub within 1.5 miles. Please note that the spiral staircase is out of use and guests will need to bring their own wood for the stove. Primrose Cottage is an idyllic escape in lovely Norfolk.

Town: Cromer, a popular North Norfolk seaside town, is known for its wonderful clifftop promenade, which features attractive, colourful gardens and seating areas ideal for taking in the stunning panoramic views of the sea. Cromer has a beautiful, sandy Blue Flag beach where children and adults can spend hours building sandcastles, swimming, sunbathing, or exploring the tidal pools in search of interesting sea creatures such as young Cromer crabs. Cromer is proud of its beautiful Victorian pier, which features theatre shows, a museum, and an RNLI lifeboat station open to the public, where you can learn about Cromer's long lifeboat history.
