CHARME APT is located in a hilly area, a short walk from the center of Argegno, one of the most popular destinations on Lake Como.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, Air Conditioning and heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCHARME APT is a tastefully and simply furnished apartment located in a residential complex and arranged internally on one floor. It enjoys two balconies with breathtaking views of Lake Como and a large outdoor area with table and chairs.

Entering we find open space kitchen and living room with sofa bed, TV area and fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Outside we find the lake view balcony equipped with table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of an ante-bathroom with washing machine, a bright double bedroom with lake-view balcony and the full bathroom with shower.

The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the house and Air Conditioning, can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed and has a private covered parking space.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGCHARME APT is easily accessible by car, as it has its own private parking space. Internally it is arranged on one floor.ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGSArgegno is a very lively town throughout the year. The village offers small stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful well-equipped beach, a charming little harbor, a quaint old town, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transportation via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the highway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you will have the opportunity to rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the small village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake, and walk in nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on Argegno's Lungo Lago: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at your fingertips!

We inform that there are 2 grocery stores in Argegno but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, the boat and bus stop will be at your disposal. We recommend traveling by car, as the apartment has private covered parking. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all locations within about an hour's drive.
