MULINO ROYAL is a detached house located on the bank of the river Telo, in Argegno town center. It is a detached house on two levels, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of: living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONMULINO ROYAL is an house converted from an old mill, of which the mill disc can still be seen. The house was recently renovated, with quality materials.
MULINO ROYAL Lake Como is on two levels. On the ground floor: a spacious entrance hall with living room with sofa and TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the river. Finally on this floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the attic sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The house can only be reached on foot and has no private parking space (public parking spaces are 300 metres away). It offers Wi-Fi throughout the house and can accommodate up to 4 people. Although the flat has no air conditioning, it remains cool even in summer thanks to its partial construction in the rock and its location along the river.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGMULINO ROYAL can only be reached on foot by walking a short distance through the pedestrian centre of Argegno. Public pay car parks are 300 metres away, where daily parking tickets must be displayed, which we can sell at a cost of ⏠3.50 per day. ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGS
Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.
In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.
On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!
There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
In the centre of Argegno, a boat and bus stop will be at your disposal.
Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
