The apartment is on two floors: two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms (Super King Size and Queen Size) and a bathroom with rain shower on the first level.
At the second level there is a fully furnished kitchen and a living room which leads to a small and intimate terrace, recently renovated with a glass roof, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or enjoy an aperitif.
The sun's rays heat and illuminate the apartment: one bedroom and the living room enjoy a splendid view of the Lake Como, while the other room overlooks a characteristic street of the village.
The apartment is in the center of Argegno, a few steps from the main square and the boat stop, even the beach, bars, small shops and restaurants can be easily reached on foot.
This apartment doesn’t have the private parking.

One ticket is valid for all day parking.
Every Monday morning there is a market on the Lakeside: typical products, meats, cheeses, fish, fruit and vegetables, flowers and clothing. Not to be missed!
