CHECK IN

Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.

Our standard check in time is 4pm

Our standard check out time is 10am

Note: We do not allow checkouts on Saturdays.

We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.

One day before arrival the damage deposit fee of ÂŁ150 will be held from your card, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please note a ÂŁ25 pet fee is charged per pet, and any cancellations will be charged a ÂŁ55 admin fee.

Acceptable for a weekend away

Suitable for our weekend locally. Unfortunately there was an issue with the bathroom drains which sent a sewage type smell around, if the bathroom door was closed then it was fairly isolated to the bathroom, but if you wanted to enter the room to use the loo, shower or brush your teeth then we were all retching. We were told by the owner that someone was coming out to check it out, but this either didn’t happen or was not rectified whilst we were out for the day.
