Villa Donna is a Tuscany farmhouse in the heart of the Chianti region and an easy walk from Panzano under a kilometre away. Comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests, it boasts not just an outdoor but an indoor swimming pool too. The location is idyllic and the interior decor stunning. There is, quite simply, nothing not to like about this Tuscany farmhouse!



The Space:

Inside this Tuscany farmhouse, the decor is classic, perfectly combining traditional and contemporary styles throughout and always ensuring that everything is in keeping with the age of the property. French and Italian furnishings fill the rooms and wooden floors and exposed beams add character.



This Tuscany farmhouse is set over four levels. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One of these bathrooms has a shower whilst the other has a bathtub. There is also a master bedroom on this floor with a jacuzzi bathtub and ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a spacious kitchen, well equipped with seven burner gas stove. French doors lead from here to a terrace and outdoor dining area.



A set of stairs lead to a lower floor. Here, guests will find a stunning indoor heated pool (heated up to 30 degrees), complete with poolside bar and living area. There is also an additional double bedroom and bathroom here. This room enjoys direct access to the garden.



Interior stairs lead from the garden to the first floor of this Tuscany farmhouse. Here you will find a large living room divided in two with sofas and focal fireplace. Two double bedrooms on this floor both have ensuite shower rooms.



A final staircase leads from the entrance hall to the top floor of the villa. Here there is a small living room and turret with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This enjoys 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.



Outside, there is a private swimming pool (8 x 6 metres) set in immaculately kept grounds which enjoy views over the beautiful Chianti countryside below, filled with an abundance of olive groves and vineyards. Stone terraces and Mediterranean gardens provide the perfect setting to enjoy long lazy days in the sunshine. For those who like to dine al fresco, there is an outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. Please note that the pool is open from 1 April to 1 November each year. Pool heating is available on request at a cost of 700 euros per week.



The Neighborhood:

A private footpath takes you from this Tuscany farmhouse to the village of Panzano in between Siena and Florence. This is 900 metres away. The nearest Golf Club is the Dante Alighieri Golf and Country Club which is 13 km away. The Ugolino Golf club is just slightly further on (20 km). This Tuscany farmhouse is in the ideal location for exploring the area. Florence is just 36 km from the villa, Greve in Chianti 30 km, Siena 42 km, Arezzo 69 km, Pisa 95 km and Lucca 109 km.



Please note that there is a tourist tax of 2.5 euros per person per night to be paid locally on arrival in cash.



Other Things to Note:

This Tuscany farmhouse is on a large 20 acre estate with two other villas. Each villa enjoys complete privacy however if you were part of an even larger group, then it is possible to rent two other villas which would provide accommodation for up to 37 guests in total.
