The ground floor comprises a handy cloakroom (w/c) and an open plan living space with a lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Glass doors allow plenty of natural light and open out to a private area furnished with 2 sun loungers and a dining table enclosed with a small hedgerow. In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute stroll along the promenade will take you to the main town of Port de Pollenca.
