This lovely ground floor apartment is situated in the popular and tranquil area of Llenaire, just a couple of minutes’ drive from the centre of Puerto de Pollensa.



On entering the property there is a lounge dining area with comfy sofa and a flat screen TV with satellite channels.



Sliding glass doors give access to a terrace with private garden from which there is an exit to the street. In the garden there is a portable barbecue, and table and chairs for al fresco meals.



Next to the lounge is a small modern kitchen fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, etc.



There is one double and one twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and air conditioning. These two bedrooms share a modern style shower room.



This block has a communal pool for all residents of the building.

Nice Apartment near the beach. We had a wonderful time on Mallorca. The apartment was very clean and in a good condition. Parking our Rent-a-car was no problem. Quiet neighborhood.

Pleasant Stay… Ticks most boxes…

The apartment is situated in an ideal location for car rental/drivers as it’s close to the main road. Also close to restaurants and town centre and beach is a five minute walk. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Not sure would stay in this apartment again as again as living areas had Camera surveillance.

Lovely apartment

Very clean, neat and tidy apartment. Has a lovely pool in the property, approx 10m x 5m. A small personal front garden to relax in. Beach is a 1 minute walk away. Local spar supermarket is also only 1 minute walk away. Various beach side restaurants are all within walking distance. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk up the promenade to the main port and little square with even more restaurants. There is a taxi rank along side the square and it’s approx a 7 euro taxi ride to the apartment. The great thing about this place is there are two bedrooms , one main with a double bed and the other with twin beds. So if you have kids and need that bit of extra space then this is perfect. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent and they have a washing machine and dishwasher too. There is a little sun room to air your clothes inside if you don’t wish them to be outside, iron and ironing board. And the place is also fully air conditioned in all rooms. Overall a very nice place to stay and in my opinion was priced very reasonably . Would definitely consider again .
