The property enjoyes a fantastic breathtaking view over the port. The charm of the contrasts and typical emerald style syntonies, which resides in the irregular and rough shapes, in the light and bright colours, in the expressive contrasts and in the knottiness of the wood, creates an unparalleled synergy with the surrounding environment. This spectacular panorama can be admired from the large and elegant terrace in which the burnt red of the cotto of the floor combined with the ancient brown of the wood of the handrail creates a particular and bright contrast with the white of the furniture. In fact, here a comfortable table can be found to enjoy pleasant al fresco dinner and a lounge area with comfortable sofas and armchairs in bamboo.

Villetta L'Incanto della Sirena is a perfect choice for your holidays in Sardinia whether you are looking for relaxation or recreation. The property is suitable for hosting up to 3 people. In order to welcome the guest, a bright open space furnished in a semi rustic style with references to elements that are typical of the architectural style of Costa Smeralda. This open space consists of a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom fully equipped in the typical Sardinian style.

Please note:
- it is possible to add 1 bed for the 3rd guest at a cost of € 30/day;
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20.
- padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each

The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and the period. However, photos will be sent before arrival.
