Nestled in a corner of the property, Villa features a large private heated pool, with terraces and verandas overlooking a vineyard to inspire your culinary and wine tasting adventures in Istria. This villa blends Italian minimalist style with modern luxury.
The villa is set on a 2000m2 plot, landscaped with Mediterranean plants. The originally designed, minimalist interior with beamed ceilings comfortably accommodates 12 persons.
A meeting room or game room is situated on the villa's first floor. The master bedroom has access to a large veranda that overlooks the vineyard and surrounding forest. The open plan fully equipped (modern) Chef’s kitchen makes cooking in the villa a joyful experience. The dining room and kitchen open on to a traditional Istrian covered dining terrace, facing the pool and hot tube. The terrace's wood-burning stove and dining table for 12 are ideal for outdoor dining.
Istria Nuova’s Villas are set in 11,000m² of land in the Istrian village of Režanci, a municipality of the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, central Istria County. Secluded in peaceful countryside, discover a palatial hideaway with beautifully appointed and specially designed interiors, private heated pools, wildflower-edged gardens, and relaxing terraces boasting views of the forest and vineyards that surround the property.
