It is a lovely apartment looking over the famous covered passage de Choiseul, known for its restaurants and quaint shops.The place was renovated in soft shades of beige, blue and green, creating an inviting atmosphere. It includes two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the ideal place to soak up Parisian charm in the comfort of your own home
The space
This heritage building, commissioned in 1825 by Baron Roman Maria de Pereira, overlooks the Passage Choiseul, Paris’s longest covered passage, built between 1825 and 1827 under Charles X.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.
To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator - beware of narrow stairs)
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.
House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only
Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
