The apartment features three bedrooms:

one with a double bed,

one with two single beds that can be joined into a double,

and one with a single bed and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom is fully equipped with all standard fittings, including a shower.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa, an Indonesian bench that can be used as a second sofa, a coffee table, and a selection of unique books – perfect for relaxing moments.

The dining room includes a table, chairs, and a large sideboard stocked with everything you need for the table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots, and all kinds of utensils.
A large arched window opens directly onto the terrace and provides a stunning view of the valley and a glimpse of the sea – even while cooking.

The terrace, shaded by a beautiful pink wisteria, is furnished with a round table and chairs – ideal for outdoor dining.

In the exterior hallway, you'll find a large bookshelf filled with books available for guests.

The garden features a charcoal barbecue, a water tap, a hammock, and sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

Important notes:

The apartment is in the same building as another unit. Please avoid noise before 9:00 a.m. out of respect for others.

Stepping out the main door, you access a garden with fruit trees and olive trees, where in spring you can admire over 50 varieties of antique roses.

On the ground floor, there is a large rustic cellar with a lock, ideal for storing bicycles and sports equipment. A washing machine is also available.

Sanitation and safety:
The apartment is sanitized with an antibacterial lamp using ozone and UV rays (38W), in accordance with Italian regulations.
Hand sanitizer and appropriate cleaning products are provided.
