Perfect holiday as always. Villa fulfilled our every need and the view was topping on the cake. Note to anyone staying at this villa pefect place to be when humidity is high.
What a fabulous place to stay. Our family of 10 ranging from age 8 to 60 something had the most fabulous time staying in this villa. The younger ones spent mornings and evenings in the pool playing water volleyball and never wanted to get out, whilst I enjoyed sitting and reading and taking in the most fabulous views from high up in the hills. The villa has everything you could possibly need from ensuite bathrooms to a bbq to cook up a feast out on the terrace and there was ample space for everyone without you feeling on top of one another.Would definitely recommend this villa. We did have one issue during our stay but Carrie the Property manager was able to talk me through instructions to get the issue resolved quickly even though it was Saturday evening. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk into Peyia centre early in the mornings to the bakery which sold a variety of pastries to have with a mid morning coffee on the terrace.A car is necessary if you wish to travel around but worth it to be able to visit the wonderful beaches in the surrounding area. There are also lots of restaurants to dine in in Peyia Town centre all serving delicious food.
We had a very enjoyable week here; used this as a base for a family wedding down in Coral Bay, as well as touring southern Cyprus a little. The house was very comfortable and spacious, well-equipped and with a nice pool.
The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of two families of four. The teenagers enjoyed the games room and the swimming pool, the younger ones loved the pool and the pool toys from previous guests were also appreciated!
We had a problem on the first day which was resolved on the same day and to excellent effect!! The property managers were really helpful and responsive within minutes.
The villa is up a series of very steep hills/streets and was not really walkable from the village unless early in the morning, particularly in the 30 degree heat but it was a 5 min drive so not an issue.
All the tavernas and bars we tried in the village were excellent and everyone was very friendly. A memorable holiday for all the right reasons!
This Villa is more than you expect looking at the outside it looks small but wow the inside is different. The panaramic view from the living room window was one of the best we had experienced it was stunning to wake up to. From start to finish the who holiday was great Carrie and Rod where great hosts and the get us in pack was a lovely touch as we didnt get in till late oclock. Although the pool is one of the coldest we had been in the family spent numerous hours in there and also the games room was a great favourite. Lots of local Restaurants within walking distance, one our favourite is The Grande behing the Jail Pub.. Paphos is going through a lot of changes at the moment with roads being dug up but done let that dispare you the bus company are great and you can get a day ticket for 5 Euros that will take you anywhere. All in all we had a great relaxing holiday thank you Jo for letting us stay there. If in the future we are looking to stay somewhere we wont hesitate to be in touch.
We have just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Chez Max and cannot recommend highly enough.
The villa is situated on a quiet street away from the crowds and is set at height, so that it enjoys magnificent views over Coral Bay.
Although, we did not spend much time indoors, the kitchen is huge and very well appointed. The lounge is also very large (much larger than it appears in pictures) and boasts a huge picture window out to the view. All the bedrooms are a good size and are en-suite.
There are two outdoor seating areas - one with outdoor sofas and one for dining and a beautiful deck around the pool.
The height of the villa allows it to benefit from a lovely evening breeze, even in the very hot weather.
Jo provided all the info we needed promptly and Rod and Carrie (property managers) could not have done enough for us - Super people who provided super service!
All in all we had a fabulous stay and would love to return again.
Please be aware loo paper cannot be flushed and needs to be bagged and binned instead. Apparently this is a Cyprus wide issue and although a shock to us at first - we soon got used to it.
Also, all air conditioners are on timers, which means during very hot weather you need to switch them on again every 2 hours.
Wir haben ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer + der verantwortlichen Person vor Ort war stets sehr schnell, genau und höfflich. Wir kommen wieder.
Stayed for two weeks, age ranges from 19 to 57. The villa is clean and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. The view is amazing and therefore does attract a welcome breeze due to its position. Peaceful neighbourhood but a car would defo be recommended. The villa is up a steep hill which was manageable (just not in midday heat), walk down into Peyia about 20 mins. Would definitely book again.
This is a luxurious villa which is well appointed and spotlessly clean. Facilities as comfortable and attractive as described, but views even more spectacular. Pool big enough to swim properly in, surrounded by many sun loungers. Highly recommended.
Lovely location weather and views. Very well equiped accomodation clean and everything you would need for a lovely holiday. lots of lovely comfy out door seating in shade or sun. Lovely local reaonable priced restaurants a sort drive away. I would recommend this property to families and friends, can easily accomodate two families or lovely for a girlie break with friends. Fantastic customer service.

The Villa is family owned and run and fitted to a high specification as we all use it on a regular basis. We all love the views from the patio and the peaceful environment the Villa is located in as well as the family feel to the villa with its own private pool, outside dining, and its soft seating area. We are property developers in the UK so are experienced in property management and therefore keep our Villa in excellent condition.
We purchased this property because we wanted a private villa that we could use all year round that would fit all our needs. We wanted something private and the area the villa is located in is above the village of Peyia in an exclusive section of very upmarket villas. We purchased the site loving its position on the hillside, and then set about with our builder developing the site. We wanted privacy, great views but also relative closeness to the main tourist areas- restaurants, beach etc. There are no flats or apartments in the area and this attracted us since most of the properties had been purchased not by investors primarily but by people who have fallen in love with the area.
The location is everything and when you arrive one really feels that one has got away. The villa is also very nicely finished but very usable and homely. The property is positioned on a hillside south facing towards the coastline and has fantastic view out towards the bay. The pool is a good size for a small group or family, and is very well managed by a local management team of Carrie and Rod. You can get down to the village of Peyia by walking or by car and there are supermarkets there, as well as a bakers, butchers and fish monger, restaurants and Bars.
