A spacious first floor apartment, with single parking space, positioned opposite Shephard’s Wharf Marina, able to accommodate up to four guests its ideally suited for a small family holiday, or a shore base for one of the many corporate sailing events held within the island’s chief sailing town of Cowes, a Mecca for sailing enthusiasts.
Brunswick Court is located just a few minutes’ walk from west Cowes’ shops, many pubs and restaurants and only a short distance from Cowes Marina and the Red Jet terminal . The apartment is easily reached by the half hourly Red Funnel high speed passenger ferry service or hourly car ferry service, both from Southampton town quay.
Internally the accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, you’ll find one with a double bed and one with twin beds both served by a modern shower room across the hallway, the lounge is open plan with dining area and modern kitchen, equipped with everything you should need for your self-catering holiday.

LOCATION:
Home to the oldest and biggest sailing Regatta in the world, Cowes is the number one destination for sailors during the Summer months.
Cowes also boasts a rich wealth of history and culture with its ‘twin’ East Cowes just across the Medina estuary by chain ferry.
Stroll through the vibrant town and enjoy independent shops and well-known yachting clothing stores, sit at a pavement café or have a restaurant lunch and people watch or enjoy a glass of something cold and watch the sun go down over the Solent before having dinner at some excellent pubs and restaurants.
Take yourself across the water to East Cowes via the chain ferry and enjoy a slice of great British history at Osborne; Queen Victoria’s seaside residence. Stroll along her beach and enjoy the walled garden and Swiss Cottage. It’s a wonderful spot for families or just to wander through on your own. There are cultural museums, events and galleries to enjoy on both sides of the Medina and you’ll notice the influence of Prince Albert’s ornate designs in the architecture of many houses and buildings.
ACCOMMODATION:
ONE LEVEL - FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT
Open plan kitchen: electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, dining area: dining table and four chairs, lounge area: patio door to balcony, two sofas, coffee table, Smart TV, DVD player.
Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: twin beds, wardrobe
Shower room: walk-in double width shower, pedestal wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE:
Small balcony at the front of the property accessed off the lounge area, there is a parking space for 1 car at the rear of property. In addition, there is a pay and display car park in Brunswick Road behind the property. *Additional Parking is available in public car park in Brunswick Road (overnight fee £2 in summer £1 in winter)
There is also, on street parking just along the road from no 28 and in adjoining streets.
Parking permits are available that cover whole island starting at £15.10 for 2 days
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
No pets are allowed at this property
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be advised access to this first-floor apartment is via stairs only
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
