This stylish and spacious four-story townhouse is dog-friendly and has been thoughtfully designed by the current owners to comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms.As you enter on the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright, inviting central living area, complete with two sofas and a Smart TV. The ground floor also includes a twin bedroom with a zip-and-link bed that can be converted into a super king if desired.From here you can go down to the lower ground floor where you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with doors that open out to an enclosed rear garden. The garden features a paved patio with seating, providing an ideal spot for guests to enjoy the outdoor space throughout the day and evening. The first-floor houses double bedroom and two shower rooms on this floor as well. Second floor has a master bedroom with twin bedroom with a zip-and-link bed that can be converted into a super king if desired.If notified in advance, we can configure the beds as doubles or twins to suit your needs. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
