The apartment is less than five minutes’ walk from Victoria and a short stroll to the shops in the Kings Road, around Sloane Square and in Knightsbridge.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and comprises a living room/dining area with wooden floors and high ceilings, bedroom, kitchen and shower room.

In the living/dining room there is a large flat-screen colour smart TV, DVD/CD player and a quality sofa bed, plus a dining table and 4 chairs. The flat has high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas cooker, microwave oven and refrigerator.

The bedroom has a five-foot King-sized bed, ample wardrobe space. The bedroom and living room both have French doors onto private balconies overlooking Warwick Square.

There is a modern shower room with wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. There is a separate laundry room, containing a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. This room can also be used for storing luggage.

This is a non-smoking apartment that will accommodate up to 3 guests.

Please note that the standard check-in times for this property is between 16:00 and 18:00. Earlier check-in may be available only by request, and extra charges may apply.

Arrival between 18:00 and 22:00 are subject to £50.00 late arrival fee, and depends on availability, please enquire.

Standard check-out times are prior to 10:30, however luggage storage may be available depending on availability.
