Ca’ Nal est un palazzo du XIXème siècle situé en plein coeur de Venise, sur les Mazarie. À quelques pas du pont du Rialto et de S. Marco sur le pont historique dei Bareteri.
Cinqs appartements luxurieux plein de charme et de caractère qui offrent des sols en terrazzo ancien, présentant des fresques ou des plafonds aux poutres antiques apparentes, et une vue splendide.

Le salon est ample et lumineux avec son mobilier raffiné au somptueux style vénitien.
Les chambres à coucher sont spacieuses et les salles de bain sont très bien équipées.

Great stay in Venice!

We had a great time staying at Ca'Nal.The apartment was as advertised...clean, equipped with everything you will need and a perfect location with a fantastic view of the canal. Alberta was a fantastic host communicating with us before our trip with all the information we needed to make our stay in Venice amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were settled in and gave us some great spots to visit during our stay.Would definitely stay at Ca'Nal on our next trip to Venice.

Amazing apartment and location

Alberta was an amazing host. The apartment was central to everything in Venice. It is redone beautifully. We would stay there anytime we are in Venice.

Great spot in a prime location. Short walk to St. Mark’s Square. The VRBO was exceptionally clean which is a major point of emphasis for us. The host was amazing with great recommendations and connections for private taxis to airport. We had an amazing time! Thank you.

Amazing property right in the heart of Venice. 5min walk in any direction and you are in San Marco square or the Rialto Bridge. Clean, modern apartment with AC. We will return!

Great Location!!!

We just stayed here for three nights and the property was fantastic! So clean and set up with everything we needed for our group of 7. Communication with Alberta was easy and she always responded quickly and was extremely helpful! We used her recommended private water taxi to arrive from the train station and to depart to the airport and it was definitely the way to do it. The property is in a great location where it was easy to step out the front door and explore the city. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again next time we’re back in Venice!

Lovely spacious apartments and very helpful host

Alberta is the best! She recommended and booked restaurants, met us at the grand canal, and provided all sorts of advice and support. We had 10 people to accommodate so we rented both Ca'Nal Bragozzo and Ca'Nal Gondola. We loved them both. Beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, practical kitchens.

Stay in Venice

Great location. The place was clean and we appreciated it had a washer. The air conditioning worked great. The rooms were spacious and there are two bathrooms. Although it lists 3 bathrooms, the third one is only a bathtub. The place was perfect for our family. This place has two flights of stairs to get to it. Not ideal if someone has a disability. For our family it wasn’t a problem.

First time I ever stayed in an apartment ,usually I stay in Hotels, from now on I would always consider apartment specially if I'm in Venice it will be this place. The apartment was very clean , very well maintained , and the owner was extremely helpful in every way possible. Thank you again .

Perfectly located, beautiful apartment in Venice

What an amazing apartment in Venice! Alberta and her son met our group at the canal and guided us back to the apartment. They couldn't have been more gracious sharing the amenities and neighborhood attractions as well as wonderful restaurant suggestions. The apartment is clean, wonderful decorated and perfectly located. The view out the balcony overlooking the canals and bridges was picturesque. Everything was far more than any of us expected.

Great location

It was easy to walk to St. Marks Square, and the Rialto Bridge. Also easy to get to Teatro La Fenice and the Accademia. We had six guests. Bedrooms were great. Two of the 3 bathrooms were excellent. The third bathroom only has a tub and no toilet, and it only has a six foot ceiling. That made it a bit tougher than expected for the third couple traveling. But overall we enjoyed the property. Cool views from the bedroom and dining room balconies of the canal.

Great location, apartment and host!

From the first communication the owner, Alberta, was amazing. Replying to every message within minutes with helpful information. From the point Alberta met us at the water taxi station, even helped rolling one of our luggage, to the point that we were leaving and needed help arranging for a water taxi she was beyond great! The apartment was very spacious, we were a group of 5 adults and 4 kids. Very clean and newly updated apartment. A first floor was a must for us, for the kids and the luggage. The location was amazing! If we go back to Venice we would definitely stay there again!

In The Center Of It All

Went to Venice with 2 other couples (3 couples total) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The location of the apartment was incredible. Off of a small canal that can be reached by private taxi and not far from the public taxi stops. San Marco, the Doge's Palace and the Basilica are 3 minutes away, Rialto Bridge as well. Even though we were on a very busy pedestrian walking path we had no problems sleeping at night. The wooden shutters on the exterior close and block out sound and light. *The manager Alberta was fantastic and very responsive. Before the trip she contacted us to make sure we understood where to go, gave us private taxi information and really tried to make sure we understood about the bathrooms, which were probably my least favorite aspect. *The master bedroom with the burgundy finishings was very, very large and had an ensuite with shower, sink, toilet, bidet *The center bedroom was off of the front hallway and was a nice size and was across the hall from a large double sink bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet. *3rd weird bathroom is directly off of the hallway, next to the large double sink bathroom. This bathroom is functional, but not awesome. It has a sink, shower and also the washing machine. The ceiling is VERY LOW and NO TOILET. Third bedroom is off of the dining room, and is the smallest room, but has a lovely balcony overlooking the canal and bridge. You have to step down two stairs and into the hallway to the bathrooms.

Nous avons tous adoré Venise, l'appartement spacieux, très bien agencé, grandes chambres confortables , sanitaires et cuisine modernes, tout était parfait. Nous étions 9, parents, enfants et petits enfants adolescents. Emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la magnifique Place San Marco. La propriétaire charmante et à notre écoute si nous avions besoin, elle est venue nous recevoir à l'embarcadère. Michèle COLINON
