Maison moderne à trois niveaux à distance de marche de Pearl Street et de tout ce qui est spécial à Boulder. Le chemin Boulder Creek est à 4 pâtés de maisons de notre maison et le magnifique parc Chautauqua avec les Flatirons emblématiques est à 6 pâtés de maisons de notre maison avec accès à des centaines de miles de sentiers de randonnée. West Pearl Street est à 6 pâtés de maisons en descente et à plusieurs pâtés de maisons de nombreux restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le marché fermier en été est une belle promenade sur le chemin Boulder Creek où vous pourrez déguster une bouchée à manger et ramener à la maison des légumes frais pour un dîner à la maison. La cuisine a des appareils haut de gamme. Il est rempli de tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer un repas maison, y compris des articles de garde-manger et de nombreuses casseroles, des ustensiles de cuisine et des bols de service. La table à manger peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes. La propriété possède de nombreux énormes pins qui ajoutent à l'intimité et se sentent loin de tout, mais en plein centre de la ville. "The Hill" avec des restaurants et des cafés est à 15 minutes à pied et un café moderne et amusant est à environ 5 minutes à pied. Mackey Auditorium sur le campus de l'Université du Colorado est à moins de 20 minutes à pied avec un chemin passant sous l'avenue animée de Broadway.

Dehors, il y a trois zones pour s'asseoir et profiter des colibris et de la tranquillité. À l'intérieur, il y a des coins salon confortables séparés, parfaits pour visiter ou lire un livre. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale et deux autres chambres avec lits queen size. En outre, il y a un canapé-lit en mousse à mémoire au niveau inférieur pour que la maison puisse accueillir huit personnes. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage. Un ventilateur de toute la maison refroidit la maison presque instantanément - nous avons également la climatisation centrale de la maison si nécessaire.

Boulder Weekend

This property was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. We came into town for a CU football game and this house was perfect for enjoying the rest that the Boulder area has to offer and is walking distance to campus.

Beautiful walkable home in Boulder

Booked this home fo our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) for 6 days. Beautiful property with many amenities. Great space for us with 2 living areas and 2 outdoor decks including gas fire pit and grill. Owners have thought of everything and are very responsive. Kitchen is well stocked. Walkable to Pearl Street in 1 direction and Chautauqua park in another - awesome location to take in all that beautiful Boulder has to offer! Walk to Farmer's Market on Saturday for breakfast and stock up on produce, coffee and other snacks for the week. Drive to Rocky Mountain National Park for amazing hikes and views. Local restaurants abound with ample outdoor seating, great food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

My family could not have enjoyed our stay more at Kristina’s house. The house is beautiful and very clean. There are several areas in the home to relax and there are peaceful areas outside the house to enjoy-complete with hummingbirds! Kristina’s communication was excellent, she went above and beyond in this regard. Though close to everything Boulder has to offer, the house is set back, giving nice privacy and quiet. Thank you Kristina for making your home available! We loved it!

Awesome week in Flagstaff

Kristina's property is wonderful. My family of 4, with 2 HS/college aged kids, loved our week there. It's perfectly set up for daily hikes at Chautauqua park and through the beautiful neighborhood. We fully utilized the well equipped kitchen, enjoyed evenings on the patio, and loved the game selection. We were there during a week of record-breaking heat, but the home was comfortable and cool. The unique layout feels very open, but also has plenty of private spaces. Highly recommend this home.

2nd time renting this house as perfect for a group.

This was our second time we rented the house , it would have been our third but Covid interrupted that. Loved everything about it and Kristina the host was great to work with.. Highly recommended the house. The floor plan has great entertaining spaces and the deck provides ample space to dine or to chill at the firepit. Great house for a group

Amazing home with outstanding amenities

This well-located beautiful home exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family with 2 college-aged children and my son’s girlfriend. It is a beautiful home filled with artwork (I think the work of the owner). It has all the kitchen utensils, cookware, propane grill, oils, spices, etc. that you need to cook meals and truly enjoy the home. The owners supply all the amenities you need to make your stay seamless - plush toweling, full-sized bath soaps, hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, extra bedding, laundry detergent, etc. Kristina checked in with us and was easy to reach with any questions we had. We used the 2 outdoor seating areas and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We had views of the nearby Flatirons. This is easily one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in, and we will definitely stay here again if we travel to Boulder. This home had the best balance of making your feel as if you were staying in a luxurious home instead of a vacation rental, without feeling as if there were too much of their belongings (we had plenty of closet and drawer storage). We played several games from their large collection. Exceptional hosts!

Great experience, perfect location, lovely property owne

We spent the weekend in Boulder to visit friends and family. The house is perfect - everything was extremely clean, fully stocked, and we didn't want for anything. Proximity is great for Pearl Street, hiking, and whatever else you want to do while you're in Boulder! Kristina provided us with a very useful information packet. The entire stay was very smooth, I definitely recommend renting this house if you need a spacious 3 bedroom in Boulder. The outdoor space is great, with an easy gas fire pit and bbq and two different decks, the master opens up to one level. There are two full living room areas (great for teenagers. and the 4 of us all had to work from home while there and we all had our own space). Can't' say enough good things - what a great experience!

We had a great visit to Colorado, and this was a beautiful home. I normally will not cook when I am traveling, but the kitchen in this home was a chef's dream and I found myself whipping up dinners quite a bit. The home was conveniently located, and close to the main venues. Although I was only traveling with 2 other people, this home was very roomy and could easily accommodate a large family. The owners were pleasant to work with, and they even removed snow from my windshield one snowy morning. Lovely home!

Fabulous house

Not one negative thing. So many incredible features about this house -- beautiful art, comfortable furniture, full bath for each bedroom, every conceivable kitchen appliance and household appliance that you may need or want, close to downtown/Pearl Street and CU campus, etc.

amazing graduation weekend

we just spent an amazing weekend at this house! everything was perfect! Incredibly clean, super comfortable beds, lovely bathroom amenities and even fresh flowers all over! the property is so private and beautiful - it was like being right in the middle of the forest! there is a large window by the dining table with huge pine trees outside. the outside areas are beautiful and peaceful places to be! thank you!!

Amazing location, beautiful home and top notch service

Kristina was an excellent host and the house has everything and more. We celebrated parents weekend at CU and our daughters 18th Bday a few weeks ago and everything was perfect. We had 8 people stay and there was more than enough room for everyone, We went out to eat, went to a football game and cooked in one night and this home accommodated it all!! Would highly recommend...for anytime amount of time you would be spending in Boulder. We will be back!!

Top quality home in quiet Boulder neighborhood

Beautiful home, exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Took advantage of the Chautauqua trails only a few minutes walk up the road. Nice, quiet location. Lots of natural light inside and great outdoor spaces too. Stayed in the area for a long weekend with a few friends and everyone was impressed with the accomodations and enjoyed the time spent here. Kris provided clear and easy to follow directions and instructions and was very prompt responding to the few minor questions we had. Would rent again if staying in the area in the future.

Wonderful home, great location, quiet and well appointed home

Well worth the money. Excellent hosts who responded very quickly. We booked last minute and felt so lucky to get this particular home. The location is just minutes from Chautauqua Park, our destination for climbing the Flat Irons, then a 2 minute drive to Pearl Street for evening treats. One hour to Rocky Mountain National Park, 45 minutes to Denver Airport. Quiet neighborhood, very clean home, great kitchen, and well stocked with spices, condiments, and cooking accessories that make a short stay so much easier.

Beautiful home- clean, modern, sleek, and well decorated. Perfect location- walkable to the Pearl Street Mall, to amazing hiking trails and to the Boulder Creek where you can walk, bike or tube on a hot day. Kris the owner was easy to work with and she gave us great recommendations for things to do In the area and for restaurants and coffee shops off the beaten path. Highly recommend this house!

Very nice property. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Although it is walkable to Pearl Street, it is about 3/4 mile so for less mobile individuals a car would be necessary.

We have lived in the area for many years. Both of us left our midwest roots in exchange for an active lifestyle and outdoor recreation. We love everything that Boulder has to offer!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The area is amazing. We were looking for the feel of being in the mountains yet walking distance to town and Chautauqua hiking trails. Some days we do not even get in our car! The outdoor lifestyle is perfect with access to countless trails. We enjoy dinner and drinks at the many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It has a private feel since the home is set back from the street and is hidden by over a dozen old pine trees.

The property feels very private even though it is located conveniently in the city. The proximity to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, hiking trails and the campus makes it a desirable property. The entire house has been gutted and remodeled in the last several years making it a modern comfortable home.
