We really enjoyed the house. The common areas a lovely and provided good gathering space. We also really enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking. We had a lovely evening looking at the stars and chatting on the upstairs balcony as well. The house is well appointed and kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great family dinner.

The property is wonderful - just like the pictures show. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends! Comfortable beds, great showers, bright and airy, and in a GREAT location!. We LOVED the neighborhood - walkable to Chautauqua Park, the farmers market, campus, AND Pearl street. If we come back to Boulder, we'd want to stay here again!Only issues were small but you may appreciate knowing - skylights in master bedroom make it a bit brighter in the morning; hot tub chemicals were not adequate for usage ; and there was an odor in the stairwell (no idea from what).

We had a lovely time at this home in Boulder. It was convenient to hiking and downtown attractions. The outside areas were inviting and the neighborhood was a fun place to walk. The house was well appointed and most of the rooms had air conditioning. The steam shower was nice surprise. Very comfortable and enjoyable.

This property had features for the whole family including a hot tub, fire pit, children's play room, a porch of two bedrooms, and a kitchen with any appliance a serious cook would need. Our host was responsive to all our questions.If even in Boulder again, I would happily chose 1010 Rosehill

The house was immaculate! Everything was super clean. The furnishings were top quality. The landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the calming sound of the fountain in the backyard and the warm gas fire pit. Honestly, I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. Amazing property in every way! Everything about our stay here was top-notch. Check-in was a breeze, the house itself is incredible (I can't say enough about how beautiful and comfortable it is), and the location is great. Property managers were easy to reach and had an incredible turnaround time. The yard alone is a sanctuary for peace and tranquility. Probably the best rental property that our family has stayed at...ever! Highly recommend, 10 stars.

Stylish but a bit too personal.

The property was very nice and convenient to Boulder attractions/restaurants. We did think, however, that there were far too many personal items in the house (e.g., family photos, food, drawers filled with nic nacs). Our preference is that those types of items be put away so that we can feel like it's our home during the stay..

Perfect house - walk to chateau’s park

Initially the house was not properly cleaned at check in with food particles, hair in bathrooms and bed sheets and also some bugs by the plants, but host did send cleaners the next day for more thorough cleaning. Otherwise great location and spacious. Kind of chilly upstairs on first night, was not able to figure out the heating thermostats in upstair rooms (besides master bedroom) which I did not see despite checking all the walls for all other rooms as pictured by the host via message, 1 thermostat in the hall which we adjusted but didnt change the temperature significantly. Overall more clear instructions maybe beneficial for future guests for above

Our family had an amazing stay at this home! It was the perfect place for our vacation in Boulder. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The layout was great for spending time together while still giving everyone plenty of space to relax.The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful. The hosts were responsive and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.We made some wonderful family memories here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
