External Description

Villa Pantera is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, amongst the green hills and olive groves of the Valdinievole area, near Montecatini Terme.

The property is surrounded by a completely fenced-in garden, which is spread over several terraced levels along the sloping hillside. At the lowest level there is a large uncovered parking for 5 cars.

The garden, with lawn and several plants, houses many outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation and fun.

On the panoramic terrace, on the ground floor, there is a private pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.40 m), open from April to October, and equipped with sunbeds, parasols, and an external shower (with both cold and hot water). The pool can be heated at an extra cost.

Following is a lounge area furnished with sofas and armchairs and, not far away, a paved area with gazebo, large dining table and outdoor kitchen (hob, sink and gas barbecue).

Going up to the upper floor, another terrace houses a ping pong table, while at the highest level of the garden there is a small play area for children with a swing and a tiny house.

Please note that there are 3 well-groomed cats that roam freely outside the property.

Internal Description

Furnished in an eclectic and original style, with a skilful mix of classic elements and modern design, Villa Pantera is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 13 people, has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The ground and the first floor are connected, both internally and externally.

Internet Wifi is included. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The windows of the bathrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and satellite tv. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Please note that the property borders (on one side) with the owners' villa, from which it is separated by a hedge screen, so as to ensure the utmost privacy.

Ground floor: The long terrace leads to the ground floor which houses a spacious and bright open space living area, furnished with: dining table, satellite tv, sofa, French doors with direct access to the outside, and a professional kitchen with large pantry at the back. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, American fridge with ice maker, toaster, fryer, dishwasher, bar counter and breakfast table.

Then on the same level you will find a triple bedroom (a double bed that can be splitted + a single bed) and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Completing the floor is a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a walk-in closet, and a guest bathroom (with two sinks).

First floor: Two flights of stairs lead to the upper floor (which can also be reached from the outside). Here there is another spacious living area with French doors that guarantee brightness and direct access to the terrace with ping-pong table. Decorated in an industrial chic style with vintage details, this area is designed for relax and having fun. In fact, it is furnished with: a sofa, two armchairs, fireplace, satellite tv, stereo, dvd player, billiards, table football and pinball machine.

Lastly, the first floor houses two triple bedrooms (one double bed + one single bed), both with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and the other with hot tub).

Second floor: The last flight of stairs takes us to the second floor that is made up of: a double bedroom with panoramic balcony and ensuite bathroom (with shower and Turkish bath); a double bedroom (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; use of the Turkish bath.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); utilities (40.00€ per night); pool heating on request (40.00€ per night); electric car charging if used (10.00€ per night per electric car). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
