On the ground floor are the two air-conditioned bedrooms (cold/hot), one with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The air-conditioned living and dining room is adjacent to the open kitchen. The house is suitable for home office due to its fast internet connection, furthermore there is a 46" SmartTv with Astra satellite in the following language(s): Spanish, English, German), radio reception via TV. For your safety, there is also a safe.

The open kitchen with electric hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron/board, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Exterior:
Upstairs is the fully furnished terrace with comfortable seating area, dining table with 4 chairs, brick charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and parasol.

Extras:

Nearby you will find shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Dias house is close to very beautiful small sandy coves and beaches, such as Cala Romántica and Cala Varques.

Arrival and departure, minimum stay:

Before arrival, the customer access must be activated in order to enter the police registration data. Please hand over the registration certificate to the landlord on site. Please also have your identity card or passport ready. Check-in 5pm - 10pm, check-out by 11am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited on request from 12 noon. The minimum stay is 3 nights.


Service charges:

Electricity and final cleaning included. The tourist tax must be paid together with the deposit in cash on arrival. Please refer to your booking documents for the amount.
Small pets only on request and with an additional deposit of 300,-€.
