La maison joliment meublée avec trois chambres pour max. 6 personnes, cuisine entièrement équipée, barbecue pour l'extérieur, WiFi, une salle de bains, toilettes invités, une piscine privée, une terrasse avec piscine partiellement couverte (avec des fléchettes) et une grande terrasse sur le toit se trouve à seulement 200 à 300 mètres de la magnifique plage de Cala Mandia, les familles offre beaucoup d'espace pour toutes les activités en été et attire ceux qui recherchent la paix en automne et même en hiver. Dans la matinée, vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse inondée de lumière très spéciale. À travers les fenêtres du salon, vous avez une vue sur la piscine bleue reflétant le soleil du matin. Les plages à couper le souffle de Cala Romantica et Cala Anguila sont situées à côté de la plage de Cala Mandia et sont également accessibles à pied.

Notre maison, acquise il y a deux ans, est située dans le quartier résidentiel calme de Cala Mandia. Ici, 6 personnes peuvent se détendre autour de la piscine et sur la grande terrasse ombragée et profiter des vacances. Les 140 m² sont répartis au rez-de-chaussée sur un salon qui, avec la salle à manger et la cuisine (incl. Cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, théière), les toilettes invités, la buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, débarras et balcon. Au premier étage se trouvent trois chambres climatisées, les deux autres étant rapprochées mais séparées par une porte, une grande salle de bains, un grand balcon, un accès à la terrasse ensoleillée sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur une réserve naturelle. Ici, vous pourrez profiter du coucher de soleil avec un verre de vin. Un parking hors route est également disponible.

La maison a été rénovée. En plus de la climatisation dans les espaces de vie et de sommeil et de la nouvelle peinture, de nombreuses nouveautés ont été ajoutées ou renouvelées.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita's villa. The location is quiet, around 10-15 minutes' walk from two lovely beaches, and some nice restaurants.The kitchen has everything you need, the barbecue worked brilliantly and we enjoyed some lovely meals together outside.The pool is fantastic and a good size for our family with small children.Felicita was very quick to respond to any questions via text which was very much appreciated.We would certainly recommend this villa for families looking to spend lots of time in the pool and at the beaches.

Fantastic escape

The villa was immaculate, everything we needed was there & more. Wine on arrival & a lovely welcome from our host. Plenty of sun loungers & a lovely roof terrace with stunning views. Just a short walk from two clean, sandy beaches with beautiful clear water to swim & snorkel. Would recommend to all families.

Short stay with friends

Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back.

Fabulous 10 night stay

Comfortable villa with all the amenities you need for a relaxing time enjoying the sun and local area. Would recommend a hire car for ease but there did seem to be a good local bus service. Pool was a good size, kids enjoyed having a few inflatables. Roof terrace a great bonus for a morning coffee or evening drink whilst enjoying the sunset. 2 beaches in walking distance, another, Cala Romantica, slightly further away. Few bars, restaurants and shops locally. Small bakery 2min walk away, perfect for fresh bread and morming pastries. Had some lovely meals in Porto Cristo and enjoyed a visit to Palma. Would highly recommend to families and couples wanting a relaxing week in the sun, stress free!

Private, quiet and the best sunsets ever!

The property was amazing. The kitchen area was fully equipped. The lounge area was inviting and comfy with a large screen TV and bluetooth speaker. The pool area was ample enough for 4 adults and 2 children and wasn't looked over too much, Opposite the villa is a national park so you have uninterrupted views of distant hills. This villa is the only one with a roof terrace so you can all go up and watch the sunset each night before heading out for dinner. Also a big bonus was the gas BBQ so we could have BBQ for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The local spar is 4 mins walk and has all the essentials but if you need fresh meats you can catch a taxi to Porto Cristo and fill up your shopping bags. To get back, just ask any of the supermarkets to call you a taxi. I would say this resort is very family friendly and offers a very relaxing holiday. Thank you :-)

Great place to stay

Felicita’s villa is lovely.......We arrived and were met by Corinna who was great and guided us around the property pointing out all the necessities. The villa is lovely, it was spotlessly clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We took full advantage of the beautiful pool, the BBQ and were very grateful for the air conditioning when temperatures reached 38 degrees. It is a 10 minute (max) walk to the beach and there are a number of shops within a 5 minute walk. We regularly used the bakery to buy sandwiches to take to the beach and the beach bar/restaurant at Cala Mandia beach Our favourite bar/restaurant was Sa Cala Beach which is located on the walk between the two beaches, the food is reasonably priced and the views are stunning. Cactus Bar is lovely for a night out and it is advisable to book a table. We caught the local bus to Porto Cristo, Manacor on market day and Palma which were all lovely days out. Felicita’s communication when booking the property was perfect and really helpful. If I could give a rating above 5* for the whole experience and villa I would!

Great location, ideal for young families

The Villa is in a great, quiet location, easy walk to a couple of beaches, close to local supermarkets for your essentials and a few restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed, very clean and as described in the itinerary. We were met by Corinna who explained all the facilities in the Villa and advised where everything was locally. She was available throughout our stay and responded to any requests immediately. The third bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which is great if you have young children, we were a group of 4 adults with a 3 year old and a 4 month baby. Everything was provided for the children with a high chair and travel cot with all the bedding, there was also buckets, spades and a few toys the children could use. The pool is fabulous with steps into it, part shaded which is ideal for the strength of the sun. The Wi-Fi was fine for everyday use but not strong enough if you wanted to live stream anything. There is cable tv but you can only get German channels on it. Porto Cristo is a nearby lovely town and definitely worth a visit with lots of restaurants. There is a local regular bus service, we hired a car as we were a large group which we found really useful to get to the big supermarkets and visit local attractions. I would definitely recommend this villa and would book this again. A fabulous holiday had by all of us

Lovely location and relaxing holiday.

Enjoyed 6 nights here with my sister mid September. Peaceful location and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. 3rd double bedroom is off another bedroom. Fine for families, but not ideal for 6 adults. Not a problem for us as only two bedrooms needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and the villa is well equipped. Pool lovely. Nearby beaches are very picturesque. We didn’t hire a car from Palma, which would have been useful if we wanted to go further afield. We got the shuttle bus from the airport to Insotel hotel then it was a 5 minute walk to the villa. Journey time was 1 hour once we left. The shuttle bus appears to wait until they have enough passengers to make the journey viable. We waited 30 mins before departing. We used taxis the rest of the time to go supermarket shopping and sightseeing. If you can’t get one in the taxi rank, the Insotel hotel will order one for you or you can ring for one yourself. Most drivers understood enough English to understand. Don’t forget you plug adapters as they are 2 pin. Would definitely return to Casa Jumi. Vacances au top

La maison est très bien située et offre tout le confort nécessaire (barbecue, piscine, terrasses) pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Elle est a proximité d une très jolie plage. La piscine est contrôlée par un spécialiste et nettoyée très régulièrement. Les propriétaires et les équipes d accueil sont très sympathiques et très pro. Des petites attentions nous attendaient a notre arrivée (boissons fraîches, gâteaux apéro, vin) ce qui vous plonge très vite en ambiance vacances. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en l île regorge de coin a voir. Un impératif : avoir un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour et découvrir majorque

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Finca. Man kann nichts anders sagen als: Traumhaft!Alles ist da was man braucht, man hat dort seine Ruhe und das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service Team war problemlos und auch mit Felicita konnte man schnell und nett kommunizieren:-)Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Kleine gemütliche Finka in Cala Mendia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Finca! Sie war gemütlich eingerichtet und bot wirklich alles, was man für den Alltag braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche über Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zu vielen kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machten. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Besonders schön waren die entspannten Nachmittage am Pool und die gemütlichen Abende beim Spielen.An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war durchweg hervorragend – sie war sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hat sich toll um alles gekümmert.Zwei kleine Hinweise möchten wir dennoch geben: Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte beachten, dass die Zufahrt recht eng und steil ist. Mit einem Wagen der Golfklasse ist das gut machbar – größere Fahrzeuge erfordern etwas fahrerisches Geschick. Und beim Check-out gab es leider eine kurzfristige Änderung: Obwohl mit dem Reinigungspersonal 17 Uhr vereinbart war, mussten wir einen Tag vorher erfahren, dass doch schon um 12 Uhr Schluss ist. Das war etwas schade, ließ sich aber mit etwas Flexibilität lösen – am besten klärt man solche Dinge vorab schriftlich.Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Finca.

Es freut mich sehr, dass ihr euch in der Casa Jumi wohlgefühlt habt und die Zeit am Pool und die gemütlichen Abende genießen konntet. Es tut mir leid, dass es beim Check-out zu dieser kurzfristigen Änderung kam. Leider hängt das oft davon ab, wie das Serviceteam den Putzplan einteilt – manchmal sehr straff und knapp getaktet. Umso mehr danke ich euch, dass wir trotzdem eine Lösung finden konnten, auch wenn sie nicht ganz so war, wie ihr es euch gewünscht hättet. Vielleicht klappt es ja ein anderes Mal mit einem ganz entspannten Abschiedstag. Die Sonne in Cala Mendia wartet schon!

Perfekter Kurztrip in der Finca Casa Jumi

Ich hatte eine traumhafte und entspannte Zeit in der Finca Casa Jumi!Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Besonders die idyllische Lage und der herrliche Pool hat mich begeistert.Die Gastgeber sowie das Team vor Ort waren super freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe.Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Komfort ist, wird hier definitiv fündig.Die Finca ist definitiv auch für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie perfekt geeignet!Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Unbewohnbar im Winter

Schlafzimmer voll mit Schimmel . Heizung keine Leistung und das Haus kalt. Da würde man erhebliche Heizkosten haben die man ja selber bezahlt. BETTWÄSCHE war nass durch die Feuchtigkeit im Haus.Haus ist unbewohnbar im Winter. Wir sind sofort abgereist und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht die natürlich so kurzfristig das dreifache kostete. Da nützt auch nix das der Vermieter das Geld zurück zahlte.

Schönes Haus mit einigen Mängeln. Wir waren im Oktober zu zweit für zwei Wochen im Casa Jumi. Zuerst einmal möchten wir sagen dass das Haus grundsätzlich schön ist und die Betreuung durch MonCori vor Ort super war. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Die guten bis sehr guten Bewertungen der anderen Urlauber können wir jedoch nicht uneingeschränkt teilen. Das Haus hat einige Mängel und es müsste aus unserer Sicht mehr investiert werden. Es sind keine gravierenden Mängel sondern die Summe der Mängel an sich die dazu führen das wir die Unterkunft wohl nicht noch einmal buchen würden. Es fängt mit herausfallenden Silikondichtungen in der Badewanne/Dusche und Schimmel an, geht über lockere Handtuchhalter über dem Bidet und einem losem Lichtschalter im „Kinderzimmer“ weiter. In der Küche spritzt der Wasserhahn in alle Richtungen, der Abfluss in der Spüle läuft extrem langsam ab und die Spüle ist an einer Seite locker und ist auf der anderen Seite mit zwei Schrauben von oben in die Arbeitsplatte geschraubt. Der Kühlschrank, die Spülmaschine und das Regal in der Küche rosten. Der Geschirrspüler auch innen. Die Stühle am Esstisch wackeln und bei den Stühlen auf der Terrasse sind die Verstrebungen unter der Sitzfläche gebrochen. Die Griffe an den Fensterläden sind zum Teil locker. Wie gesagt, alles nicht so dramatisch aber in der Summe dann für uns zu viel. Preis/Leistung passt nicht.Bemerkenswert noch das die Vermieter unmittelbar vor uns im Haus Urlaub gemacht haben…

Tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem schönen Ferienhaus in Cala Mendia. Wir wurden super empfangen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlfaktor von Anfang an

Haben uns vom ersten Tag an in der Casa Jumi sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Andreas war super. Bei kleinen Problemen brauchten wir Andreas nur kurz über WhatsApp kontaktieren und schon wurde einem geholfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Felicita und Armin war auch ganz toll. Sehr sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Gern wieder.
