Villa Alicanti  is one of the finest examples of Mallorcan hospitality. Beautifully located in the heart of Pollensa old town, completely rebuilt to the highest standard and furnished with taste and style, this townhouse is set to impress. With 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, this villa can sleep up to 7 guests in a sophisticated and charming ambiance, just a few steps away from the many facilities, shops and restaurants that Pollensa can offer.
Inside, the villa is set over 4Â floors connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor has an airy lounge (wi-fi internet, satellite TV, comfortable armchairs and sofas, traditional exposed stone details) with fully equipped kitchen (purposely built for Villa Alicanti), a WC and access to the outside sitting area with rattan sofas and a private plunge pool.
On the first floor there is a single bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the second floor there is a welcoming double bedroom with its own shower room and there is a further, lovely double bedroom (en-suite shower room) that has direct access to a private terrace with sunbeds. On the third floor the master bedroom suite is located It offers delightful views over the rooftops of Pollensa and has its own shower room and terrace furnished with table and chairs. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned (free of charge at set times, between 8pm â 8 am and 2pm â 4pm). During the renovation, high emphasis has been given to the arrangement of the internal space and to the style of the furniture, details and bathrooms (with stone sinks and designer features).
Outside, Villa Alicanti offers spacious terraces, sitting areas and even a private plunge pool, a true valuable bonus for a house in such a central location! The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower to cool down during the hottest hours of the day.
